Em Domingues (she/her/hers) is a Senior Application Developer in ITS, focused on user interface design and shaping the user experience for Identity and Access Management solutions. She has been an employee of the University of Iowa since June 2015.

Em currently serves as chair of the Staff Council Bylaws Committee, co-chair of the LGBTQ+ Council, and coordinates the OneIT Holiday Family initiative. She is a member of the Trans Inclusivity Coalition, the UI Inclusive Data Records Workgroup, and previously served on the Associate Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Search Committee.

Outside of work, Em enjoys organizing for a variety of causes, composing and arranging music, and reading with her two cats, Arthur and Celia. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, she probably knocked on your door at some point.
