Teri Schnelle has been at the University of Iowa for 5 years in the Division of Student Life, and is an alumna of the University of Iowa. As the associate director for assessment and strategic initiatives Teri supports assessment, improvement, and research in the 14 departments of the Division of Student Life. She also support strategic initiatives related to the three priorities of the Division, leadership; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and health and safety. Teri has served on the Funded Retirement and Insurance Committee, and is looking forward to serving the Division of Student Life as an organizational representative. As a staff councilor Teri is looking to serve as a strong voice and advocate for staff on campus, focusing on issues to improve the staff experience.
