Jessica Richardson has been at the University for the past 10 years as Senior IT Support Consultant for ITS – Enterprise Services. Her primary focus now a days revolves around the ticketing system used for tracking IT issues and request as well as supporting the campus wide Drupal digital signage service. Jessica has been a part of various communities across campus through the years including the ITAdmins, IT Leadership and Development Team, Tech Forum Planning Committee, and two terms on Staff Council. Outside of work she enjoys all the cardio she gets from chasing her 3 year old, Jordy, as well as playing a lot of softball with her husband.
