Staff Council Meetings
Staff Council meetings are open to the public and are held on the second Wednesday of each month from 2:30–4:30 p.m. Meetings are offered in a hybrid format, with attendees welcome to participate either in person or via Zoom.

A meeting invitation, including the agenda and Zoom link, will be emailed to councilors and subscribers on the Monday prior to each meeting. If you have any questions or would like to be added to the distribution list, please email staff-council@uiowa.edu.
Please note: The May and July meetings are reserved exclusively for Staff Council members and are held in person only.
Staff Council Executive Committee (SCEC)
The Staff Council Executive Committee (SCEC) meetings are not open to the public. The SCEC is responsible for establishing goals and providing direction for Council activities, as well as advising and assisting the officers of the Council in carrying out their responsibilities.
The committee is comprised of the:
- President
- Vice President/President-Elect
- Immediate Past President
- Secretary
- Budget Officer
- Four elected At-Large members
