Molly is the Associate Director of Student Services, for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. She has worked at The University of Iowa since 2002, beginning her career at UI as a Career Advisor in the Pomeranz Career Center, before transitioning to the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, where she served as an Academic Advisor for 13 years before taking her current position. Molly is simultaneously an instructor in the Department of Counselor Education, College of Education, where she has taught the course CSED:2081 Making a Vocational-Educational Choice, since 2004.

Molly enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and five children; Gracie, Sam, Hannah, Kate, and Luke. She also enjoys attending and serving at Parkview Church in Iowa City, including regularly singing on the worship team.
