Biography

Darrelle Wilkinson came to the University of Iowa as an undergraduate student and has not left. She graduated in 2012 with degrees in Astronomy and Anthropology. Her first job was in 2011 as a student catching up on a backlog of data from the Cassini mission. Since 2015, she has been a Research Assistant in the Radio Plasma Wave Group working on multiple space missions. On Staff Council, she wants to make sure her fellow staff have all the support and resources they need to be happy and healthy in their lives. Her favorite ways to spend free time are reading, playing games, walking, swimming, volunteering at the animal shelter, and geeking out on all things space related.
