Emily Milke has been at the University for the past 3 years at the Rape Victim Advocacy Program (RVAP) – a department in the Division of Student Life. Her primary focus is supporting University students, faculty, and staff impacted by sexual assault, stalking, harassment, and sexual exploitation. You may find Emily in her office on Linn Street, on campus, at law enforcement offices, at courthouses, at hospitals, or at Staff Council Meetings! RVAP provides free, confidential, and trauma-informed services to anyone directly or indirectly impacted by sexual violence in Cedar, Des Moines, Henry, Iowa, Johnson, Lee, Washington, and Van Buren counties.
