For 175 years, the University of Iowa has championed long-standing traditions to celebrate and unite Hawkeyes.  After taking a pause due to Covid-19, the Homecoming Parade was back, and Staff Council members were proud to participate!  

Organized via the great work of the Staff Council Community Outreach Committee, Councilors had the opportunity to see the smiling faces of hundreds of kiddos with arms outstretched, vying to snag some swag, including pom-poms and stress balls.  The Staff Council group walking in the parade was also thrilled to have Hawkeye Elvis join us!  A great time was had by all, celebrating the Homecoming tradition!
