Regardless of job or role, work-life balance is a constant consideration for most UI employees. At February's Staff Council meeting, those in attendance heard from three speakers who discussed resources available for current and future caregivers of children and parents. Diana Kremzar, Director, UI Family Services, and Dana Stafford, Assistant Director of Benefits, presented on a pilot program that provides funds to UI employees for the adoption process. Rhonda Halterman, Founder/Owner of Livwell Seniors then spoke about elder caregiving resources available to UI employees. If you are interested in learning more, check out their slides here:
