Did you know April is Asian Pacific American Heritage month at the University of Iowa?  The theme for this year’s celebration is “No Longer Invisible”, which recognizes the Asian Pacific American Cultural Center’s 20th anniversary.  The APACC “provides a supportive and inclusive environment while providing programs that empower students, faculty, staff and community members to excel in their endeavors, stretch themselves to experience diversity, engage in activism, make positive choices, and serve their community.” (APACC website)
