The Flu Fighter is Here!

University of Iowa employees can get the flu vaccine for free at locations across campus. Flu vaccinations start Monday, Sept. 11, and run through Friday, Nov. 17. Dates and locations for on-campus flu-vaccine events include:

• Sept. 11–Oct. 27 weekdays: Pediatric Conference Center, 200 Hawkins Drive – 2JCP, 7:15 a.m.–4:30 p.m. 

  • To serve alternative locations, the Pediatric Conference Center is not open Sept. 14, 21, 28, and Oct. 11 and 19

• Thursday, Sept. 14: Dental Sciences Building, W220 A and B, 801 Newton Road, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

• Thursday, Sept. 21: Medical Education Research Facility (MERF), 375 Newton, Road, 11 a.m.–2 p.m.

• Thursday, Sept. 28: University Capitol Centre (UCC), 2390/UCC Conference Center, 10:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

• Thursday, Oct. 19: BioVentures Center (BVC), Multi-purpose Room, 2500 Crosspark Road, 10:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

• Oct. 30–Nov. 17: University Employee Health Clinic (UEHC), 1097-1 Boyd Tower, 200 Hawkins Drive, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

• Wednesday, Nov. 1: Field House, 225 S. Grand Avenue, 7:30 a.m.–2 p.m.
