The University of Iowa - Recreational Services 

Recreational Services offers UI employees many fantastic opportunities to improve their health and well-being, many of which are free or low cost.  A Recreational Services membership is as low as $40/month, (even less if you complete the incentive = $20/month) by participating in the liveWELL Personal Health Assessment (PHA) survey and using campus recreation facilities at least four times per month. Visit the Recreational Services website for information on facilities, member services, and fitness programs/classes. A full list of membership options is available here.  Free health coaching is available as well as certificate classes in lifeguarding, CPR and others.  Facilities are available across campus including the Campus Recreation & Wellness Center, the Field House, Fitness East and the Hawkeye Tennis & Recreation Complex.  Be sure and try out the Recreational Service app on either Google Play or the Apple Store
