The Employee Assistance Program (UI EAP) offers free, confidential short-term counseling and referrals to UI faculty, staff, postdocs, medical residents, their spouses/partners, and eligible dependents in Iowa. Services address issues like stress, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and relationships.
