Kayla Rojas serves as a Behavior Assessment Consultant on the University of Iowa Threat Assessment Team, within the Division of Student Life. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology and an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. With six years of experience in the K-12 public education setting and a term as President of the Iowa School Psychology Association.

Dedicated to promoting well-being, safety, and mental health, Kayla is passionate about fostering a thriving university community. As a Function Representative for Behavioral Health on the University of Iowa Staff Council, she looks forward to advocating for the needs of staff, faculty, students, and the broader community.
