I work in Periodontics at the College of Dentistry as a nurse coordinator. I graduated from the University of Iowa in 94' with degree in chemistry. I came back to the University of Iowa College of Nursing in 2001. I helped train and open Stead Family Children's Hospital in 2016-2017 representing the Pediatric Operating Room team.

I currently serve as a nursing coordinator, and I am the Elected Staff Representative to the Executive Team at the College of Dentistry. I am a previous Staff Ambassador for the College of Dentistry. I currently sit on the following committees: Nitrous Oxide Committee, Leader for the Hygiene Standards Committee, Health Information Technology Committee, and Instrument Supply Committee.
