Tracey Pritchard works as Human Resources Generalist for the Office of the Provost. Through her role, she supports staff, faculty, and students in their employment within various departments. Prior to joining this team in 2019, Tracey served as the Assistant Director, UI Dance Marathon for five years.

She received her B.S. in Psychology and English from UW-Madison in 2010. From there, she worked for AmeriCorps for one year, then received her M.S.Ed in Higher Education Administration from the University of Kansas. She has worked in student activities, housing, new student orientation, and HR, and is passionate about supporting University members, enabling them to be the best version of themselves. She also serves as an adjunct instructor for two leadership courses, a CERB facilitator, and a student organization advisor.

Tracey and her partner, Cody, have two dogs, a very energetic 2-year-old, and a 3-month-old. Her life outside of work revolves around the outdoors, reading and crafting, and spending time with family.
