All 2023 health care FSA plan participants should have received a HealthEquity Visa healthcare debit card in December 2022. Card use is optional as there are many ways to submit your expenses for reimbursement. Claims are accepted via the online participant portal, mobile app, fax, or mail.

If you are a 2022 FSA plan participant and have remaining 2022 funds, you will continue to submit your 2022 claims through the “Health & Dependent Care FSA for 2022 and prior” link in Employee Self Service. The deadline to submit claims for eligible expenses incurred in 2022 is April 30, 2023.
