Pecha-Kucha-image.jpg

You’re invited to join the University of Iowa’s very first Mental Health and Well-Being Pecha Kucha. Pecha Kucha, Japanese for chit-chat, is a fast paced, imagery-focused workshop that will elevate the voices of our campus “mental health and well-being innovators.”

During these workshops, participants will:

  • Discover new ways of thinking about work from a mental health & well-being lens
  • Get tangible take-aways about innovative mental health and well-being practices occurring on campus
  • Create connections to share and receive what others are doing to advance campus mental health and well-being.

The overall focus of these Pecha Kuchas is mind, body and spirit. Roundtable discussions will follow each Pecha Kucha for participants to share their takeaways, discuss what was heard, and make connections with campus colleagues.

Pecha Kuchas are free and open to all! Join us for 1, 2 or all 3. Refreshments will be served, and RSVPs are recommended. RVSP now.
