Mondays at the Plaza

Every Monday through the end of October, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the North Library Plaza transforms into a lively hub of activity, flavor, and fun. Hosted by the College of Engineering in collaboration with the Stanley Museum of Art, Mondays at the Plaza is a favorite weekly tradition for students, faculty, and staff alike.

The event features a rotating lineup of local food trucks, offering everything from gourmet bagels and hibachi bowls to fresh coffee and nutritious smoothies. Whether you're grabbing lunch with colleagues or just passing through, there's something for everyone.

Beyond the food, Mondays at the Plaza offers:

  • Interactive booths from departments across campus
  • Hands-on activities that spark curiosity and creativity
  • Opportunities to connect with peers from different disciplines
  • A chance to celebrate the arts and sciences in a casual, welcoming environment

The goal of Mondays at the Plaza is simple: to foster a sense of belonging and collaboration. It’s a space where ideas are exchanged, friendships are formed, and the campus community comes together in a spirit of celebration.

Whether you're a regular attendee or new to the event, we encourage all staff to stop by, grab a bite, and experience the energy of this weekly gathering. It’s a great way to start your week with inspiration and connection.
