The Hawkeye High-Five program, developed by the Reward and Recognition Committee in collaboration with University Human Resources, offers a simple way to recognize and celebrate colleagues across campus.

This easy-to-use recognition form allows you to give a “high-five” to a colleague for their contributions, teamwork, or extra effort. It’s a great way to show appreciation and highlight the positive impact staff make every day at the University of Iowa.
