Staff Councilors volunteered their time over the holiday season to Holiday Lights at the Lake, the biggest yearly fundraiser for The Bird House, Hospice Home of Johnson County. Every year, West Overlook campground is transformed into a wonderland of lights and holiday spirit. Each year, volunteers make this event a magical experience for our community, assisting with duties that include counting cars, helping with campground traffic, scanning tickets, handing out brochures and candy canes, monitoring the exit, and assisting with the flow of traffic outside the campground.
