UI Health Care Update

Presenter: Dr. Denise Jamieson, Vice President for Medical Affairs & Dean, Carver College of Medicine

We are pleased to welcome Dr. Denise Jamieson, who will share the latest developments across UI Health Care. Her update will provide insight into current strategic priorities, clinical initiatives, and key areas of focus impacting staff and the broader campus community.

Social Media Guidelines

Presenter: Ann Byrd, Deputy Counsel, Office of the General Counsel

Ann Byrd will offer an overview of the university’s social media guidelines and provide clarity on expectations, best practices, and considerations for staff when engaging on social platforms in a university context.

Staff Development: Tuition Assistance, Career Pathways, Supervisor Training & Employee Engagement

• Jiongting Hu, Assistant Director, Compensation & Classification and HR Data Management

Rachel Napoli and Jiongting Hu will highlight several universitywide staff development initiatives, including Tuition Assistance, Career Pathways, Supervisor Training, and Employee Engagement. Their presentation will outline ongoing efforts to support staff professional growth and strengthen the workplace experience.
