In honor of the 2025 Human Rights week, UISC councilors partnered with UIHC and United Way to make tie blankets for Magic Reading Carpets, an initiative to promote early childhood literacy. UISC has partnered with United Way in the past to make literacy kits and a large book donation, and we will continue to support them in their many missions!
