Adam Walsh
Adam Walsh is a University of Iowa graduate (2008) who went on to complete his M.S. at Pittsburg State University (2010). After earning his degrees Adam began working in collegiate recreation at Davidson College located just outside of Charlotte, NC. In 2014 Adam accepted a role at Colorado State University and served as their Assistant Director of Intramurals for the next eight years before returning to his alma mater where he now serves as the Associate Director of Sport Programs. A self-described lifelong learner, Adam has a passion for holistic wellness and service to others. He has had the privilege to be a leader in his field with several appointments in the National Intramural and Recreational Sports Association and enjoys the challenges, strategic planning, and advocacy these opportunities provide.
Outside of work Adam enjoys spending time with his partner Erin, their son Kiernan, and their boxer Livvy. You will also find him officiating college basketball, volunteering with Special Olympics, or playing golf at any of the wonderful courses in the eastern Iowa area!
