Ashley is a Revenue Cycle Manager within Patient Financial Services where she has worked since joining University of Iowa Healthcare in 2019. One of the favorite parts of her position is being able to advocate for patients by ensuring proper payment from insurance companies. The best part about working for the University of Iowa is the people, which was why she wanted to join Staff Council and be an advocate for her constituents. 

Ashley joined Staff Council in 2022 and has been a part of multiple different committees. She has served on the Executive Committee as an at large member for two years and was elected the Budget Officer in June of 2025. She also serves as the Chair of the Human Resources Committee and co-chair of the Healthcare Committee. 

Outside of her daily work and participation in Staff Council, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Hawkeyes, and volunteering in the community.
