LaDamien White is the Facilities & Operations Coordinator for the University of Iowa College of Engineering after serving in multiple roles with UIHC. In this role, he oversees building operations, facilities projects, laboratory space management, and campus partnerships that support teaching, research, and innovation across the engineering community. LaDamien is passionate about creating safe, functional, and collaborative environments that help faculty, staff, and students succeed. As a Staff Council representative for Engineering & Architecture and Facilities Operations, he is committed to strengthening communication, advocating for staff interests, and fostering engagement across campus
