Lindsy is a Clinical Trials Research Associate in the Institute for Clinical and Translational Science (ICTS). She supports clinical research operations that contributes to improved patient outcomes and advances the university’s mission of research excellence. Her work involves coordinating study activities, collaborating with investigators and research teams, and ensuring adherence to institutional and regulatory standards. She joined UI Health Care in 2022.

In addition to working at UI, Lindsy serves in the Army Reserve, an experience that has that has strengthened her leadership skills, adaptability, and commitment to service.

Outside of work, Lindsy enjoys participating in outdoor activities and events. She also enjoys unwinding by playing with her two dogs, Geode and Waffle. 

Lindsy joined Staff Council to help ensure staff voices are heard and valued.She is especially interested in initiatives that support staff engagement, clear communication, and inclusive decision‑making.
