Molly Hicks has been at the University of Iowa since 2018. She is the Nurse Manager on the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing earned in 2018, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice completed in 2024. Molly enjoys leading and mentoring others and is passionate about helping staff grow, feel supported, and succeed in their roles. 
 
In her spare time, Molly enjoys being outdoors, traveling, reading, crocheting and spending time with her family.
