Monica Frank is a Human Resources professional in the Office of the Provost at the University of Iowa, where she supports recruitment and talent strategy across multiple departments. She began her career at the University of Iowa in 2016 and has since built a strong foundation in strategic hiring and organizational support. 

Monica holds a master’s degree in business and brings expertise in full-cycle recruitment, candidate experience, and effective hiring practices. She is known for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and her commitment to fostering inclusive, high-performing workplaces. 

As a Staff Councilor, Monica is dedicated to listening to staff perspectives, advocating for meaningful solutions, and contributing to a positive and supportive University of Iowa community.
