Biography

Tiffany Reaves, MOT, OTR/L is a licensed Occupational Therapist and currently serves as the Clinic Manager at the University of Iowa's Center for Disabilities and Development (CDD). In this role, she oversees a broad range of interdisciplinary services, with a strong focus on clinic structure, program development, and growth. Tiffany is also responsible for training and supervising frontline leaders to ensure equitable, efficient care for all individuals served by the CDD. 

With over 13 years of experience in Occupational Therapy, Tiffany has held various roles that reflect her deep passion for supporting individuals with diverse abilities—whether physical, mental, emotional, or social. OT has given her the unique opportunity to engage across all these dimensions of care. 

Most recently, Tiffany earned her Executive Master of Health Administration from the University of Iowa, further expanding her leadership and operational expertise. She views this accomplishment as a meaningful step toward influencing healthcare systems with a broad, inclusive perspective—one that values innovation and always puts the person before the disability. 

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys fishing with her family, watching sports (especially cheering on the WNBA’s Indiana Fever and Valkyries), listening to audiobooks on leadership and personal growth, and spending time outdoors. 

She is excited to continue building connections across the University of Iowa community, committed to being part of the change we all hope to see.

Tiffany was her high school mascot for three years—and still dreams of wearing the Herky feet just once! 😉
