The Staff Appreciation Grant provides financial support to departments or units seeking to recognize and celebrate their staff through small events, team-building activities, or recognition items. This program is designed to promote a positive work environment through localized appreciation efforts.

The application window opened on October 1, 2025, and will close on October 24, 2025.

What’s New This Year?
Please note the following updates to the grant structure:

• Grant recipients will be selected after the application window closes on October 24. Award decisions will be communicated by December 1, 2025.
• Each department or unit may receive only one grant per fiscal year.
• Departments or units that received a grant in the previous fiscal year are not eligible for funding in the current fiscal year.
• The application form has been updated to include additional questions that will help support the decision-making process.
