Purpose

To review and make recommendations regarding bylaws and associated policies and procedures.

Scope of Concern

1. Review bylaws and recommend amendments that are appropriate and consistent with current bylaws, with support from concerned constituency.
2. Send approved bylaw changes to University Relations office to be incorporated into the Operations Manual.
3. Serve as the conduit for Council policies & procedures to be reviewed annually for updates.
4. Act as parliamentary advisory in order to maintain productive Council meetings.
